Hiren Chudasama began his extensive legal experience shortly after successful completion of his BA(Hons) in history at the prestigious School of Oriental and African Studies, London in 2008. Following him undertaking an intensive law conversion course as well as the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, Hiren continued to progress within the field of litigation with his speciality directed within Housing Disrepair and Statutory Nuisance field.
His three years of hands on experience with clients and a firm grasp and competence in all stages of disrepair and civil litigation allowed Hiren to rapidly progress in his field. Furthermore, his diligence and broad knowledge extends to areas of Immigration Law, with particular skills acquired in Tier 2 sponsorship licence and application matters, in addition to speaking fluent Gujarati.
Hiren Chudasama is currently a Trainee Solicitor within the firm and is due to complete his qualification onto the Roll of Solicitors in early 2016. His determined, ‘no nonsense’ approach to all aspects of client care and casework has allowed Hiren to become a reliable and valued member of Arkas Law.
