Housing disrepair
Our specialised housing disrepair and statutory nuisance department assists council and housing association tenants who suffer from substandard housing conditions.

Director
Pran Shantikumar has gained a wealth of experience in both the legal and scientific fields. After completing a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry and a subsequent qualification in law, and gaining hands-on training in criminal defence and prison law, Pran began extensive training in housing litigation, environmental law, immigration, civil litigation and family law.
After completing his training and qualifying, Pran opened a new, specialised housing and immigration department at Cubism Law in early 2013. Driven by Pran and his team’s desire for justice for people who need legal recourse against the growing problem of substandard housing throughout the United Kingdom, the fast-expanding department quickly gained success in its speciality. Pran also helps private individuals, businesses and non-profit organisations with specialist legal advice and advocacy on immigration and housing issues.
This led Pran to establish Arkas Law, to provide expert legal services to private and business clients alike, recruit equally dynamic and entrepreneurial lawyers to the team, and establish Arkas Law and its brand as one of the market leaders in bespoke boutique legal services.

Our specialised housing disrepair and statutory nuisance department assists council and housing association tenants who suffer from substandard housing conditions.

Our immigration department specialises in a wide range of matters, including business immigration and applications made inside or outside the United Kingdom.

Our housing disrepair and statutory nuisance department also assists housing providers: housing associations, private landlords and councils.
