When you submit an enquiry, we receive the information you enter, including your name, contact details and message. The housing form also asks for information about your property and repairs. Please only provide information needed to explain your enquiry. Do not include passwords, bank details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others.

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes form submissions to send them to our team by email. Immigration enquiries go to our immigration team. Other enquiries go to our housing inbox. Microsoft 365 provides our business email service. Authorised members of the firm use your enquiry to assess and respond to your request.

The new website does not keep a separate database of submitted enquiries. Copies are held in our email systems, and our service providers process delivery and security information. This does not mean that messages are immediately deleted by those providers. Our retention arrangements are described in the Privacy notice.

Submitting a form does not add you to a marketing list or mean that we have agreed to act for you. We will confirm separately if we can accept your instructions. If you do not receive a response, please telephone 020 7269 7949, particularly if your matter has a deadline.

Security and technical information

Our hosting and security providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security signals, to deliver the website, detect abuse and investigate problems. IP addresses can be personal information.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine enquiries from automated spam. It processes browser and device signals for this purpose. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

The current website does not include advertising trackers or audience analytics. Its videos are hosted with the website rather than embedded from social media platforms.

Security services may use cookies or similar browser technologies where needed to protect the website and forms. These are not used by us for advertising. We will update this page and provide any required choices before introducing optional tracking technologies.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking security-related technologies may prevent the enquiry forms from working; you can contact us by telephone or email instead.

The private review version of this website also uses Cloudflare Access to restrict access to reviewers. Its sign-in process is separate from the public website’s enquiry forms.

Links to regulators, news coverage and other organisations take you to websites with their own privacy practices. Check their notices when you visit them.
