How we charge
We usually charge a fixed fee. Where hourly charging applies, our rate is £250 excluding VAT.
The cost depends on whether this is a first application or extension, dependants, supporting documents and witnesses, language and translation needs, missing evidence, interview attendance and any priority service.

For applications for permission to remain in the UK, excluding asylum applications, our work includes:
- Discussing your circumstances, available routes and eligibility, including whether any unmet requirements can be addressed.
- Reviewing your evidence and helping obtain further documents or witness statements where needed.
- Preparing and submitting your application.
- Advising on a Home Office interview and discussing whether we should attend.
- Explaining the decision and your next steps.

Costs payable to third parties, also called disbursements, are additional to our legal fees. We can arrange payment of some costs on your behalf; Home Office application fees are paid directly to the Home Office.

Work outside an ordinary application package
Appeals, human-rights work and administrative reviews are separately priced according to the complexity and work required. Starting prices are shown above.
Ordinary application packages also exclude:
- Asylum and statelessness applications
- Applications for Secretary of State immigration bail
- Reconsideration and legacy requests
- Judicial review, including claims for unlawful detention
- Business immigration work, including applications for certificates of sponsorship or confirmation of acceptance for studies
